Bayero University student killed during the Shiite/Nigerian Police officers clash in Kano has been buried

Pretty Husseina Nalado, a 200 level student in the Department of Civil Engineering, Bayero University in Kano, who was killed during a clash between the Police and members of the Islamic Movement of Nigeria otherwise known Shiite on Sunday, November 5th, has been laid to rest. She was buried in her family compound yesterday evening.

Husseina and other members of the outlawed Shiite group were having a procession in Kano state when they had a running with the police. The police opened teargas canisters at them and also fired gunshots when they became restive. May her soul rest in peace, Amen.
